We are celebrating our 40th anniversary. Originally built as the Tropics Motel in the late 1950’s, the final condominium conversion occurred on October 31, 1977 giving birth to the Sea Club!
We are located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Long Boat Key, Florida. Escape to Sea Club 1- a quaint, tropical paradise on Florida’s Gulf Coast where you’ll enjoy a different sunset every night. Located directly on the gulf of sun drenched Longboat Key, Sea Club 1 is convenient to the world-famous shopping and dining mecca of St. Armand’s Circle, yet tucked away off the beaten path for a truly carefree get-a- way.
Whether your vacation is for much needed solitude, a romantic rendezvous or a family vacation, we have an accommodation to suit your needs. Choose from completely furnished, air conditioned efficiency units, one and two bedroom apartments or two bedroom villas…all are casually comfortable! Linens and bathing towels are furnished. Laundry facilities are available on site. In addition to the natural amenity of the sand and surf, you will find marinas, championship golf courses, superb dining, unique shopping and unequaled cultural events nearby.
