Credit Card Fee Policy — Effective August 1, 2026

A nonrefundable 3% credit card processing fee applies to reservations and payments made by credit card. Guests may avoid this fee by paying with cash, check, debit card, or ACH (electronic check).

One week minimum Jan 1 thru Apr 17
Two night minimum Apr 18 thru Dec 31
Three night minimum over all holidays

Your deposit payment is your acceptance of our payment and cancellation policies. We do not over book. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures for any reason.
